I had a lovely stay for 4 nights! The comfortable beds made sleep easy, and the included breakfast options were excellent. Just wish the refrigerator worked in the room.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming, making my solo business trip feel like home. The noise from the hallway was a bit much, but overall, it was a comfortable stay with convenient dining options nearby.

Clean and quiet. Shuttle was a nice surprise. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

It’s close enough for a family outing, and the kids loved exploring. The staff was incredibly supportive and made us feel right at home throughout our stay.

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms. It was a bit noisy at times, making it hard for them to nap after our busy days.

I arrived late, and the front desk lady arranged a shuttle for me, which was super helpful. The pool area was great for unwinding, and I loved the hot breakfast each morning. The only downside was that the refrigerator in my room wasn't very cold, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

Random furniture cluttered the hallways, which gave a disheveled impression. The bed had a noticeable sink on one side, making it less than comfortable for a good night's sleep. Sound traveled easily through the significant gap under the front door, causing disturbances on a few occasions. Additionally, my room wasn’t ready at check-in due to a large event, which could have been frustrating if the schedule didn’t allow flexibility. The air conditioning was inconvenient as it turned off when leaving the room—you’ll want to call ahead to cool it before coming back.

Had a great time with my friends! We explored Scott Stadium and even caught a concert at John Paul Jones Arena. The breakfast buffet was solid, and we found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our group vacation.

The air conditioning was a bit tricky, as it turns off when you're not in the room, so it gets really warm while you're out. Make sure to call ahead if you plan to return during the day to avoid the heat.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottesville, Ruckersville By Ihg featured beautifully re-decorated areas, with an inviting lobby that made me feel welcome. The room accessibility was very accommodating for my needs, ensuring a comfortable stay.

More soundproofing would enhance the experience.
